Maharshi Trivedi is a physiotherapist, and before assuming the role, he garnered sufficient experience working at multiple facility hospitals with diverse requirements. After graduating in physiotherapy in 2011, he moved to Canada to pursue his Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion Program from Humber College to augment his expertise. Since 2019, he has been a registered Physiotherapist in Canada. He is certified to treat an array of injuries and diseases to all the age groups, such as sports injuries, pre and post-operative surgeries, trauma and injury disabilities, and everything that comes under the movement of science and physiotherapy. However, his interest remains in managing whiplash, hip, knee, shoulder & general athletic injuries.
Maharshi is also certified with an introduction from APTAI Canada Acupuncture & Dry Needling, Advance Physical therapy Evaluation & management for Shoulder Complex, Lumbo-Pelvic Certification program & an introductory vestibular & concussion Rehab course from Bernard Tonks. Moreover, he is certified in an interactive course from APTAI for Patellofemoral Sensitivity & Hip Osteoarthritis. Maharshi believes in the power of emotional intelligence and invests his time with family, and friends, camping and growing as a human.
Aaditya Shastri
Physiotherapist
Aaditya joined our team in the summer of 2023 and is currently working out at our Kitchener and waterloo locations. He completed her Bachelors of Physiotherapy in 2014 from India and then moved to Canada in 2015 where he did his Diploma course in Mohawk college Hamilton. He joined long term care where he worked for 2 years in Stratford and Paris, Ontario as a PTA. Aaditya gained experience as a physiotherapist working in orthopedic hospitals in India for 6 months. Currently, he is planning to work on certifications in Concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, Acupuncture and advanced manual therapy. He is fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. He believes in active learning and encourage clients' involvement to reach their health goals with evidence-based treatment to help them get back in function. Aaditya has extensive experience in treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain. When it comes to working with clients, Aaditya is thorough and engaged. He believes in active learning.
In his practice, he is well versed in treating a variety of patients including musculoskeletal, neurological, motor vehicle injuries, work related injuries, sports injuries, vertigo, post-concussion, post-surgical and post fracture conditions, long-term and short-term disabilities. Aaditya shastri is trained in Acupuncture and Dry Needling and He also has a special interest in Vestibular, TMJ and Concussion Management. Outside of the clinic Aaditya enjoys hiking, travelling, reading and being with family and friends and lives in Cambridge.

Deepa Nair is a licensed massage therapist and an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. She has been practising Massage Therapy since graduating from Oxford College of Arts, Business, and Technology in 2021. She has in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and body biomechanics. Her work experience includes providing massage at Shoppers World Physiotherapy & Access health center Brampton and other private clinics. As a Massage Therapist, she has always been fascinated by learning about the body and mind and discovering natural ways to facilitate healing. As a Registered Massage therapist, she focuses on pain management, improving the range of motion by decreasing muscle tension.
She is specialized in using different massage techniques, e.g., Swedish Massage, Non-Swedish Massage techniques, trigger points release, facial therapy and hydrotherapy and Deep tissue Massage. She treats various clients and is passionate about providing the best possible care to her clients in the health & wellness sectors. She attends workshops and courses to update her knowledge; recently, she has obtained a certificate conducted by Trimesters and certificates for pregnancy & Infants Massage. Deepa also has experience working as an Ayurvedic consultant in Brampton. Deepa likes to cook and bake different recipes in her spare time for her family and friends. During this time, she honed her skills and developed a passion for helping patients restore and maintain optimal physical function.In 1999, Sanela pursued formal education in Massage Therapy at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Kitchener, where she acquired a solid foundation in the field. Armed with her knowledge and skills, she joined Amara Health & Beauty Spa in Cambridge as a Massage Therapist in April 2003.There, she demonstrated her friendly, hardworking nature and proved her ability to tailor massages to clients' individual needs, building a loyal clientele along the way.

Deepa Arya

Deepa is a trained international physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s in physiotherapy followed by master’s degree in Physiotherapy with specialization in Neurological conditions. Over the years Deepa has worked in various kinds of clinical settings that gave her the exposure and experience of treating vast variety of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, neurological, pediatric and post -surgical conditions. She believes in a holistic approach to physiotherapy and rehabilitation, addressing not just the symptoms but also the underlying root-cause of your discomfort and pain .Her treatment style includes incorporating various kind of manual therapy techniques combined with soft tissue mobilization like cupping, and supervised exercise program. As a part of and outside physio school she attended multiple manual therapy clinical workshops, conferences and has completed courses in Neurodevelopmental techniques, sensory integration and Mulligan’s concept. She also also completed courses in Concussion, Level 1 acupuncture and dry needling and plan to complete next levels soon.
She advocates for patient-centered and customized approach to care. Her goal is to empower and actively involve the client in their rehabilitation by educating them about their condition, nature of injury and providing them with the right tools. She strongly believes in tailored approach and guiding clients through their recovery to attain individual goals. When not working she likes to spend her spare time reading research articles and watching vlogs related to lifestyle, health and fitness. Im a healthcare professional who has dedicated my career to help individuals recover from injuries and manage chronic pain.After completing my undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Physiotherapy from KMC, MAHE I went on to pursue Post Graduation degree in Hospital Administration and Services from Conestoga College. I have received training in manual therapy, sports injury rehabilitation, and neurophysiology, among other areas.Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and private clinics. I have worked with patients of all ages, from young children to seniors, and has successfully helped many individuals recover from injuries and improve their quality of life.I also enjoy staying active with activities like hiking, and yoga. I enjoy travelling and love exploring new cultures and cuisines.
